→ Yes, the trolleys/carts are great for the new 9th generation iPad 10.2″. The iPads starting from the 8th generation are delivered with Lightning to USB-C cable. Our USB-C version is best suited for this.

→ Yes, the tablets fit into the trolleys/cartsincluding the protective cover. With all covers, even keyboard covers are no problem. Which cover is used, you best tell us when ordering, so that we can find the right foam for you here.
